Where does Zephyrie ship to?

We currently ship to the entire Malaysia and Singapore! If you’re overseas and interested in ordering, please contact us. We will let you know the shipping quotation for your country.

What are your shipping rates?

  • If you would like to deliver within Malaysia, shipping is FREE with any purchases above RM180 (apply code MY180YAY at checkout). Otherwise, the flat rate shipping fee is RM7 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM13 for East Malaysia.

  • If you are delivering to Singapore, shipping is FREE with any purchases above RM400 (apply code SG400YAY at checkout). Otherwise, the flat rate shipping fee is RM35.

  • Our postages are via GDEX/PosLaju within Malaysia and GDEX / EMS for overseas. We ship from Selangor and it takes 3-4 working days for Peninsular Malaysia, 4-6 working days for East Malaysia and 5-10 working days for deliveries within Singapore.

Do you do last minute / next day delivery?

  • Next day delivery is only available within Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur areas (within 20km radius of Kuala Lumpur Sentral) at a flat rate of RM15. Apply code MY180YAY for FREE Shipping if your purchase is above RM180.

  • If your area is OUTSIDE Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur, we are UNABLE to provide free shipping if your purchase is above RM180 - however, the flat rate of RM15 for purchases above RM180 still applies and we will cover the remainder of the delivery costs. If this is not followed during your checkout, we will come and find you! If you don’t mind, we don’t mind!

  • If you would like to do SAME DAY delivery within PJ/KL, please CONTACT US DIRECTLY via Instagram DM or WhatsApp. As long as your orders are before 12pm, and the items you ordered are immediately available, we will be able to arrange it for you.

  • Our door-to-door delivery is the same option as next day delivery provided our items are immediately available - and also if you wish to opt for a non-bubblewrap unwrapping hassle with more presentable delivery.

How soon will my order be posted out?

We usually ship within the next 2 days or if some items are out of stock, we will take at least 3 - 4 working days to make them and then ship them out. Most of our products are immediately available as scented candles will usually take about a week to completely cure/settle. As soon as your package is shipped out, you will receive a shipment notification email from us attached with a tracking number. If your parcel takes too long to arrive, please contact the courier service with the tracking ID provided or contact us to assist you.
