1. Are the candles safe?
We’d like to say that they are safe, but that depends on who is handling them. Do you have a klutz at home or a really blur friend? Human errors can always be avoided. Make sure you position them safely, avoid places where they could be knocked over or putting anything flammable around it and you’ll be fine. Burn at your own risk.
2. What are Zephyrie candles made from and why do you use them?
Our candles are made with a combination of bees’ and soy wax. Both soy and bees wax are derived from nature, are biodegradable and they burn waaay cleaner compared to paraffin wax! Bees wax also increases the burn time and emits negative ions to purify, cleanse and improve air quality.
3. What are those gorgeous, dessert-looking art pieces? Can I burn them? How can I use them?
They are scented wax sachets which are not meant to be burnt. Keep them away from the heat. DO NOT place them in cars unless you have something to contain the wax when it melts under Malaysia’s mostly predictable hot weather! You can place them in enclosed areas like your closet, drawer, toilet or bring them along with you in your handbags. DO use them as decorations on your bedside table or the living room ;) They generally smell really great and it brightens up your day.
4. How long do wax sachets last?
They can last about 3 to 6 months if they are exposed BUT if they are kept well away from sun and heat and are not overly exposed, they could last longer. Shelf-life lasts about 6 months to a year.
5. Does Zephyrie do customisations?
Yes, we do, but minimum quantity is required. Let us know what you have in mind, pick on our creativity and we will try our best to create them, scent or design. For customisation, we will require at least 2 to 3 weeks for us to test the designs and scent. Contact us if you have an event or need a bunch of special things to giveaway!
6. How do I customise/Personalise my order?
Contact us via email, WhatsApp or Instagram to let us know. You can either show us a picture or describe to us your expectations and we will see if we are able to make them. We love making customised orders but there are also limitations that we might not be able to achieve. However, minimum orders are required for customisation.
